I had a great experience with the service department at Kia of Port Charlotte. My 2022 Cadillac Escalade was having an issue with the push-button start system, and the team was able to diagnose and fix it quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Rachel and Kareem for their outstanding customer service throughout the process. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. It’s not always easy finding a service department you can trust, but they went above and beyond to make the experience stress-free. Best car buying experience I've ever had!! The inventory was, WOW! SSOOO many cars! The energy was amazing, both staff and customers! Definitely is the best managed dealership I have ever seen, obviously is ran by phenomenal leadership! TV's literally everywhere, charging/business stations, beverages... the WORKS! Christian (our sales person) was outstanding! The finance guy (I'm so sorry, I don't recall his name but it was a very unique name... started with a "B")... I have NEVER had so much fun doing the "paperwork" when buying a car! He and the rest of the staff were top notch!! It was noticeably a great place to work! 10/10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Experience was so good...???... we got TWO cars!! Great work KIAPC, we WILL be back!!

This guy quoted me a lease for a car at $650 a month.
This guy quoted me a lease for a car at $650 a month. When I asked for a lower payment he told me I am sure I can do better just come in and I’ll do it but I need you here. I drove 3 hours for this deal! when I got there he was conveniently off that day! The manager there Joey Posa told me that there was no way that he could even do the $650 a month. That my payment would be close to $760 and he was sorry and would have a talk with Joseph when he came in the next day. Joey even offered to pay for my gas back but it was impossible that he could do that deal! If you speak to him over the phone and he quotes you something it is a lie just to get you through the doors! I drove past countless dealerships on the way to Kia of port charlotte only to be bait and switched! This guy has a reputation for this I came to find out too late!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. What should have been a straightforward warranty repair turned into a months-long ordeal filled with poor communication, delays, and a lack of accountability. My vehicle sat at the dealership for an extended period of time with very little communication or updates unless I repeatedly reached out myself. There was no sense of urgency, and it often felt like no one was actively pushing the warranty company to move forward or do their job. As a customer, I should not have had to follow up constantly just to get basic information about my own vehicle. The situation escalated to the point where I felt I needed to seek advice from a lawyer just to understand my options and how to proceed. That alone speaks volumes about how frustrating and stressful this process became. No customer should ever feel that they need legal guidance just to get a warranty repair handled properly. Overall, the lack of communication, prolonged delays, and minimal effort to advocate on my behalf made this a very frustrating experience. I expected far better customer service, transparency, and professionalism — especially from a dealership handling warranty work. I hope this feedback helps improve communication, accountability, and customer care moving forward, because this experience fell far short of expectations.

Typical car dealer experience nothing exciting nothing outstanding. The finance employee was very slick. Couldn’t explain the numbers added a tint package to a car that already has tint. And then, after all the paperwork was signed, transferred my loan to a totally different company without telling me so my insurance didn’t match what I was told, and I never received new paperwork.

Very disappointed in the experience. I was very rushed in the signing process. They let me walk out without a sales contract. I have been calling and emailing Cody to get the contract and I haven't gotten it yet. I purchased the car on march 6th and its now march 22nd. I was able to get the contract from the bank that did my financing. How unprofessional. On top of that the car wasn't detailed out. I find that hilarious because in the sale I paid $1600+ for the dealership to make the car "sellable" and apparently that didn't include cleaning it. The next day as I was setting the van up for my family and I had to vacuum up dirt and goldfish crackers. How nice. Buyer beware - this place is more concerned about making a deal. They were making me sign the financing and the insurance at the same time - I was so frazzled that I didn't realize they added almost $6000 extra of gap and warranty that was explained only that it was adding $20 more dollars to my monthly payment. Oh, and this was apparently "Joey's discount" HAHAHAHA. You got me! My bad, I was rushed I didn't noticed that the final sale went from 25k to 32K!!!!!!! Cody was very nice but I give him less stars because I have reached out for the sales contract and no help. I shouldn't need to nag! I honestly wasn't going to write a review but KIA has sent me about 6 emails to do a review... so here ya go. DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They are not to be trusted.

I was put in a car that had many issues , and no one cared to share what they knew given they knew what have children but as long as they got a sale out of it, nothing else mattered. Very disappointing. Until this day I have emails and texts that went without a response.

Initially went down to check out an Audi with low miles. I had communicated with the dealership that I was driving down from Sarasota. Once I got to dealership I was told someone from out of town put down a deposit but I was told they would still offer me the car. After negotiating we were $1000 apart. My wife and I left and told them to sell it to the person that had a deposit on the car which was the right thing to do anyway I thought. It was strange. That night the sales manager called and said the deposit was not an issue and offered me the car at the price I offered. After that things went much better and the sales manager made things right. Of course we had to take a second hour drive to dealership that could have been avoided.

And then, after all the paperwork was signed, transferred my loan to a totally different company without telling me so my insurance didn’t match what I was told, and I never received new paperwork.

Best car buying experience I've ever had!! The inventory was, WOW! SSOOO many cars! The energy was amazing, both staff and customers! Definitely is the best managed dealership I have ever seen, obviously is ran by phenomenal leadership! TV's literally everywhere, charging/business stations, beverages... the WORKS! Christian (our sales person) was outstanding! The finance guy (I'm so sorry, I don't recall his name but it was a very unique name... started with a "B")... I have NEVER had so much fun doing the "paperwork" when buying a car! He and the rest of the staff were top notch!! It was noticeably a great place to work! 10/10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I have to admit though, the process went smoothly with no major issues. The initial set up through Brianna was great, Frank was an amazing salesman, very patient and knowledgeable and Joey was easy to deal with and quick to explain each step. Heck, even the finance manager Daniel was a great guy and I usually hate those people. Overall, no complaints at all, the team was great to work with at the Port Charlotte Kia dealership and I would recommend giving them a visit!

Finance person did NOT submit any paperwork correctly - ie gave us a thumb drive with purchase info/loan info/ extended warranty and when we got home it was blank. Called our salesperson to advise to have all information sent to us .didnt happen. Twice. got call from license person at dealer and original information was filled out wrong so now license plates will be delayed. (Called finance mgr on third day to complain still have not gotten the information. ( Found out our vehicle we purchased has many things wrong and should be covered under the extended warranty, from our mechanic at home) Called Nissan warranty and they never received the information that we purchased an extended warranty. Also when we drove off lot with the vehicle we just purchased, 3 people on the freeway rolled down their windows to tell us the paper license was about to blow off ie sales person didn’t attach paper license place well enough and we even had a discussion about that very thing before he put it on . ( should’ve attached a plastic holder ) Also, they did not have us update our new vehicle information on our auto insurance website before we left - which delayed the loan process and cashing our down payment check. ( found out from another dealer that we bought another car from - they were VERY surprised that they hadn’t helped us with auto insurance info - but that dealer helped us with the car we purchased from them as well as the car we just purchased from Kia ) So, fair warning double check everything IF you purchase from Morgan Auto Group .

It’s so stressful when you can’t get anyone to help you over the phone being on hold for 40 mins or more being transferred to so many people (more 5) each time explaining your issues and can’t get help. Communication is so bad issues come up on the dealer side and finance and they make the issue about you they handle issues like it’s not a big deal it is a big deal people come to get help and to get a reliable transportation when the customer has to be on hold that many times and then still with no results it becomes an issue this place is a joke they don’t consider inconsistent on the dealers part and inconvenience on the customers I will never buy or recommend anyone to this place again I recommended someone here a day after I got my car and never again I feel bad cause he was done worse than I was he actually had to drive 3 hrs just to get it resolved and he called and was put on hold more than me this place is a joke

The initial set up through Brianna was great, Frank was an amazing salesman, very patient and knowledgeable and Joey was easy to deal with and quick to explain each step. Heck, even the finance manager Daniel was a great guy and I usually hate those people. Overall, no complaints at all, the team was great to work with at the Port Charlotte Kia dealership and I would recommend giving them a visit!

I was rushed by fiancé dept.
I was rushed by fiancé dept. Fees were not discussed. Purchased a car in January 2025 with 20000 miles. By April the transmission went. Dealership had car for 7 weeks. Traded that in and purchased a k4. Black. Dealership offered a price on another k4 red and I ended up purchasing that one. The black k4 was only in my name for about an hour and never left the lot. In the end I was charged $6000 for dealer fees. That to me this is just gouging the customer. All this happened in one day at the same dealership. I will never do business with this dealership again and would never recommend them. The only good part was. My sales person Cody.

We had a 10:00 AM appointment and were a few minutes
We had a 10:00 AM appointment and were a few minutes late. It took us 2 1/2 hours for service and that was because we were "moved to the front of the line". At our previous service, we had tire pressure in the right rear tire at 21 psi. It was checked and it was "ok". It was down to 21 psi the day before this last appointment, so we filled it to 37 psi. Turns out there was a nail in the tire which service tech removed and is fine. The appointment was for installation of rear mud guards, which had not been ordered when we had the front mud guards installed last time. Ron told us there would be no labor charge for the installation this time. Ron was not there on Saturday, and we were charged for the labor for the install. We knew we owed for the parts, but should not have been charged for the install. At least we got a $45 discount for the tire repair!!

This guy quoted me a lease for a car at $650 a month. When I asked for a lower payment he told me I am sure I can do better just come in and I’ll do it but I need you here. I drove 3 hours for this deal! when I got there he was conveniently off that day! The manager there Joey Posa told me that there was no way that he could even do the $650 a month. That my payment would be close to $760 and he was sorry and would have a talk with Joseph when he came in the next day. Joey even offered to pay for my gas back but it was impossible that he could do that deal! If you speak to him over the phone and he quotes you something it is a lie just to get you through the doors! I drove past countless dealerships on the way to Kia of port charlotte only to be bait and switched! This guy has a reputation for this I came to find out too late!

The person that checked me in also was good as was the service manager who communicated with me throughout the process. Fixed my problem pretty quickly. The only negative was that as soon as I pulled off the lot, My tire warning light came on. The left rear tire only had 14 lbs of pressure. Surprised they didn't see that as they did check my brakes. Luckily there was a Firestone shop across the street and was able to fill the tire and have it checked.

My wait was 4 hours for unscheduled rotors to be resurfaced. This car was purchased 2 days ago and only has 5000 miles but still needed these rotors replaced. The service agents were pleasant. The mechanic Lucas did an outstanding job and worked quickly!! I love the service window where we can watch what’s being done! Another shout out to my sales agent Shelton. He checked on me multiple times, asking if he can do anything or get me anything. He’s been great!!! Give that guy a raise!
