Kia Port Charlotte continues to work wonderfully with current customers and potential customers. This is the 3rd Kia we have purchased from this location.

Great experience took their time to fully explain the purchase process and did a follow up as they promised.

Recently bought a car, went to different Kia dealers and was treated poorly. Here at Port Charlotte they were honest, friendly and made the whole process very enjoyable. Thank you Lazaro, our sales rep.

I came to look at the Kia seltos and Kia Sportage Close to closing time and James took extra time showing me the cars and explaing all the special features he was very professional knowledgeable. We came the next day and purchased the Kia Sportage.

Jake Hensz is the best salesman! He made the purchase of our Jeep from Kia of Port Charlotte a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about every car on the lot, even the vehicles that were not Kia Make. Just bought my new Sportage, the folks here did a remarkable job, not pushy, totally trustworthy.

Marshall is the man. He stepped into a weird situation As a liaison Between us the finance company and the gapTook control of it. It wasn’t his problem and he works at the dealership and finance, but he took care of it so I didn’t have to. His promptness and communication was great. He even called me when he was out of the office. I am so thankful for him. Competence and professionalism is rare. He did a great job representing Kia Port. Charlotte will definitely go back to buy my next car.

I can’t remember the last time I went to a dealership and walked away thinking, “Wow, that was quick and easy!” My wife and I met with Ervin Floyd at Kia of Port Charlotte yesterday, and we walked out with a brand-new Telluride. From start to finish, the entire experience, from the purchase and trade-in to the financing, was seamless. When it came time to sign all of the paperwork they made the process even easier. I had a great experience with the Kia of Port Charlotte Service Department this time around. I’ll be honest, I had been hesitant to return because of a couple of poor experiences years ago. One time, after a tire rotation, a lug nut was missing and the manager actually had to bring it to my house. Another time, I had my air filter changed and discovered that the filter had not even been put back in. Needless to say, those experiences stayed with me, and I hadn’t returned in years. I decided to give them another try, and I’m really glad I did. Ron Munday, my service advisor, was absolutely wonderful. He was very communicative and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I especially loved the videos they sent showing me step by step what they were doing with my car. That really gave me confidence and made me feel like I knew exactly what was happening. I also want to recognize Kyle Todd. He went out of his way to vacuum my car, and they even washed it for me. It was such a nice extra touch and really showed that they cared about the overall customer experience. After my previous experiences, I was a little hesitant to come back, but this visit completely changed my perspective. The team went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated the level of communication, attention to detail, and customer service. Beyond grateful for KIA of Port Charlotte in helping us get our new family car! Nino was the best!! He was kind, attentive and made us feel confident every step of the way. Howard also was kind and helpful with everything finance! The whole process was seamless and we left very happy and pleased!

Ray in service dept was top notch. Work was completed in a timely manner. The facilities are very comfortable.

Raymond Martin was awesome about getting us checked in and out for our oil change.

Our sales representative was cordial and professional. She did a fantastic job of showing the cars we were interested in. She listened ti our needs and was able to show us the car we eventually purchased. She stayed with us throughout the process and was exceptionally attentive. The sales manager worked with us to put together our deal and the finance person Mike was efficient with the particulars including showing us the warranty options and we finally settled on the right one for us. We were extremely satisfied with the experience.

Marshall in financing was a major positive part of my overall experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood the financing process. I really appreciated his communication and willingness to help. I will say, however, that my experience with Donovan was not the best. When I first came in, I had specific concerns and things I was looking for in a vehicle, and I didn’t feel like those concerns were really heard or taken into consideration. I also felt rushed throughout parts of the process, which made the car-buying experience more stressful than it needed to be. There was also a minor bump in the road when it came time for me to pick up my actual vehicle. I’m hoping that gets resolved, and from my understanding, it will be fixed, so I’m giving them the opportunity to make that right. Overall, I appreciate the people who genuinely made an effort to help, especially Marshall. He was a major reason the financing portion of my experience was positive. I just wish there had been better communication and more attention given to my concerns from the beginning. Hopefully the issue with my vehicle pickup gets resolved, because I would like to see everything end on a positive note. I’ve been watching this 2025 Honda Accord.. I finally reached out, spoke with Shelby. She gave me the OTD price of the car which is now listed as $20,797. She connected me with Donovan, I get there and he was nice, but mentioned he was tied up with another customer, gave me the keys and I went for a test drive alone. I came back, wanted to talk numbers Donovan could not assist me so he connected me with Jordan. He was nice, new to the job been there about a month but has knowledge about sales. I talked numbers with him he didn’t even know what the car was listed for (he was on the company site). I gave him my OTD number, he wrote them down went back to sale manager and out comes this other guy within 10 mins. I didn’t catch his name. He gave me an itemized buyers bill. The car has 30k miles, 2023 & his OTD number he gave me was 30k. Where is this extra 10k coming from? He told me that their 3rd party vendors always have their cars listed at wrong price. Yes they have all these extra fees on that I don’t need he said he could take off about $1600 but for a USED 2023 with 30k miles OTD for 30k I can buy a brand new car with that!! I’ve done my research on this particular dealer not being transparent with their pricing. It sucks and such a scam and the customer service wasn’t the best I felt so rushed the entire time. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time here.

Super nice personal and the service appointment was done quickly and with detailed video of the service done.

Great selection of vehicles and the sales associate Laz was super helpful and knowledgeable. Sales manager Joey was a straight-shooter and so easy to work with and made the tedious car buying experience way easier than I have experienced in years. My parents have always helped me with my vehicles, and my mom definitely doesn’t pull punches when negotiating. After years of car shopping with her, I have never seen her feel so relaxed, respected, and confident in a dealership. Alex and Joey were honest, patient, and genuinely committed to finding a solution that worked for our family. They made us feel like a team throughout the entire process. Ironically, Joey previously worked for the company I’m joining. He not only helped make the deal happen but also gave me valuable career advice based on his own experience.
