Kia has restored my faith. I had a not so good experience last time around... and it left a very bad taste in my mouth, I was reluctant to return, which inow find must have been due to the prior ownership. I had service on my vehicle this weekend and Justin was so helpful and such a delight. I was impressed with how quickly i was checked in for service and also the length of time it took to finish. Justin was very cheery and a pleasure. Thank you for such wonderful service.

Took all three of my boys (13yr, 2yr and 1yr) today for our 2025 Carnival to be serviced for its first maintenance! We were promptly helped at the service bay by Justin and immediately offered waters and snacks inside. 10/10 would 100% recommend coming here. Something wasn't right with my car and it wasn't running that well, so I took it here to get it looked at after the original dealership tried to rip me off. Caroline got my car and found the issue surprisingly fast, I'm used to spending all day at the mechanic so this was a pleasant surprise.
