I was very satisfied when I bought it, but when I went to the technical service for a malfunction, I did not give communication and information because of a zero part, even though there was a car I bought a new one, they caused me to lose my job for seven days, and also I didn't like the communication of my female friend who took care of me, these situations leave me in a difficult situation as a service.
Great service! They fixed my car with a great attitude, and got my car back to me quickly. I just wish they offered rental services.

The purchase process was very quick and efficient from start to finish. The staff had a no pressure approach.
Our sales team, James and Jake were great. Very thorough and helpful. The finance person we worked with was not great. It is very frustrating to call multiple times for different reasons and ask to speak to someone, whether it was a sales person or a finance person and be put on hold for more than 10 minutes with no option to leave a voicemail and no one ever picking up. Called again, explained how long I held, received an apology and had the exact same experience again. That definitely needs improvement.
This service center told me I had 2 recalls but never called when the parts came in. I called and was told the parts were in but they didn’t fix the second issue and said I’d have to come back. I don’t have time to keep leaving my car for days at a time.

I was not happy the last service that your service technician misinformation about my muffler he needs replacement and it will cost me $3000 to fix it but i found out that the muffler was perfectly ok.

I would not return as a customer. I felt I knew more about the vehicle than Austen during the test drive. I understand you are a volume dealership but at least know the basics of your own vehicles. This left me to find everything out on my own vs being shown some of the features. He checked on me periodically in the waiting room and was very courteous at check out. He was helpful once again when I called him later that day with a question on my invoice.
