I originally had a 2017 Kia Forte, with 85k miles. I went in one day to get a service on it, and wanted to see what I would be able to get if I were to trade it in. Bill was extremely accommodating to my needs, and helped me to get out of my car into a brand new 2022 Kia Forte, he was super nice, and helpful. Great service every time.
First aapt. was for air bag recall. Second was for ABS system. Bought my 2018 Kia Soul at Carmax. Was quoted $485 for this repair but when I picked my car up Vivian said it was under warranty and I owed nothing. Car was done in record time both appts. and she was wonderful to deal with.

Buying a new car in the current 2022 market is difficult particularly for popular models. After scouring SW Florida for the vehicle we wanted we found what we were looking for at this dealer. Since we were several hours away we negotiated and purchased the vehicle remotely which was a surprisingly smooth transaction.
