Let’s start this off with I didn’t have high hopes, because I took my car in for recall services back in February 2026, got the run around never heard from them even with me calling weekly. Then this following weekend August 2026 my car broke down (not recall related) but had the car towed to Kia. Worked with Ron Munday fantastic man! I will never work with anyone else! My car was fixed and my recall was fixed.
They have a lot of cars in stock ready for you drive it , especially Kia of very good quality

It was actually a shocking experience. We saw him the car we wanted and the salesman could actually tell me about the car how to operate and everything. Were you sure the hell can’t get that from any GM or Ford dealership. Plus, they help you get your insurance straightener around. I don’t regret going to that dealership.

2 yrs ago you COULD NOT pay us to go into this dealership that is 15mins from our home. As a result of the POOR customer service we drove 55 mins to Ft.Myers instead. Now with this GREAT new staff managed by J.P. there is no need to go this far ever again. Unbelievable, customized, personal, honest, extreme customer service at it's best. Austen, our salesperson was friendly; not super knowledgeable, but responsive. Unfortunately, everyone else has been very negligent in responding after the sale was completed. We were encouraged to sign up for a Platinum membership at the time of sale because he told us we could not sign up for it "after the sale", but assured that we could cancel immediately after we researched it if we decided we didn't want the extra coverage. Ron was incredibly helpful. He was very accomodating to help me with every question I had, even helping me with some controls on my car that I wasn't sure how to adjust. I sat at the dealership for over 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation that I can do myself at home without a lift in maximum 45 minutes. So happy that I only got 2 complimentary oil changes because I will not be back to this dealership for any service work. When my jeep was finally done the technician couldn’t figure out how to reset the oil life gauge so I did it. Also both times I’ve been here for my complimentary service the car smells like motor oil inside.
They did a great job as usual. Very professional and everyone was very nice. They took videos of everything the did and offered suggestions to keep your car running good. Thank You

I would recommend going to Port Charlotte Kia to everyone after my experience. The entire team was helpful. My salesman was Ervin and he helped make the experience so easy. I was very adamant about getting into a car that I loved while keeping payments within my budget and they helped make that possible. Joey the manager was extremely personable and understanding of the situation I was in, he went over the top in getting me the vehicle I wanted. Good customer service is very hard to come by these days, but Ervin and Joey went well above the standard.
